The Halong wooden Junk is designed with sophistication and the utmost attention to the detail of a traditional sailing boat. The Halong junk is the first and only junk on the bay which can really sail! Built for real expeditions, you can truly go to any conner of the bay with it. Whether you are dining in the restaurant, lounging on the sun deck or relaxing in the comfort of your cabin, you will be surrounded by the handcrafted woodwork of teak and oak which make the Halong junk a true masterpiece. The following itineraries are what we think the best to do with our sail junk. You can however make your whole new tour for yourself. We are here to serve….

Day 1 : Hanoi - Halong
Pick up from you hotel at 08h30 am for a 4 hour drive through the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. Arrive in Halong City we transfer to a refurbished wooden sailing junk for a cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Halong Bay, giving us the chance to take in the stunning scenery of this World Heritage Site.

• From 12:00 to 12:30, our crew welcomes you on board Halong wooden Junk at Halong wharf. Enjoy welcome drink, check into your cabin, and lunch with fresh seafood is served.
• At 13:00, start a 3.5 hours cruise into misty Halong bay to marvel at amazing karsts with different formations: Mat Qui (Monster’s face) islet, But Moc islet, Cap De islet, Trong (Drum) cave, Trinh Nu cave, a Floating Fishing village with its unique way of living... then explore Sungsot cave (Amazing) cave, enjoy swimming, sun bathing at Titop beach or climb up to the peak of the mountain for a breath-taking panorama view of Halong bay.Swim at the lovely beach followed by an afternoon tea with pastries on the sundeck or in the restaurant and drink before dinner
• 18h00: Junk cruise anchors by the lagoon
• 19h00: Enjoy 4 course diner and overnight on Junk. After dinner, cruise to fishing site learn how the fishing is about or catch squid by yourself.(Lunch and Diner included)

Day 2 : Halong Bay - QuanLan island

Early risers can enjoy a morning view of Bay’s landscape. Sitting on the upper deck, you can enjoy the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the bay. The silence is almost eerie; you can hear birds singing, cicadas chirping ashore and the gentle lapping of the waves against your boat, the perfect soundtrack to accompany the fresh air & gentle breez.

• Breakfast at 07:00 am and the boat starts cruising to Quan Lan via Ngoc Vung island. Kayaking to the lagoon and deserted beach. Lunch on boat.
• After arriving at Quan Lan (14:00), cycling to explore Quan Lan island seeing old Quan Lan temple, then on to untouched beach of Minh Chau for sunbathing and relaxing. Back to Quan Lan beach for swimming and barbecue dinner on the beach. Our cruise anchor at Cong Tay - Cong Do islands. Overnight on boat (Breakfast, lunch and diner included)

Day 3 : Halong bay-Hanoi
Rising to the sound of ocean coming to life for another lovely day. We breakfast over sunset:

• 07h30 : Junk boat once again sets sail through breathtaking secluded Halong bay
• 08h00: Enjoy breakfast while cruising
• 9h00 : Continue onto Vandon direction and Cua Ong port, Nua Canh island
• 10h00: Cruise through Bai tu long Bay, Teapot Island, Chopsticks Island, Bai tho mountain.
• 11h30: Return to Halong city and have lunch on board.
• 12h30: Back to Halong wharf and disembarkTransfer back l Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel. The trip concludes. (Breakfast and lunch included)
